WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH RHINO RECOVERY LTD?

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANCEL MY RECOVERY ?
we have a full cancelation procedure in our T&C's this outlines the what to do and what is involved but in case here it is
Refunds & Cancellations
All cancellations must be received at least 12 business hours before the start of the booked service date and time. Refunds after this period will be subject to a £45.00 cancellation fee or £75.00 if our vehicle has set out to you, Cancellations must be received in writing by e-mail ( control.room@rhinorecoveryltd.co.uk ) or by telephone ( 01252912812 )
